First appointment coming up.....
....and I literally feel sick to my stomach every time I think about it.
I remember making the appointment and wondering how I would ever make it to 8 weeks. And now it's coming up in a few days and I am terrified.
I guess my biggest concern is that I'm not experiencing morning sickness the way I expected to. I'm not puking all the time. I feel a little queasy in the mornings until after lunchtime, but if I don't pay attention to it it's not *so* bad. And that worries me. A lot.
Can anyone ease my fears about my "morning sickness" or lack thereof?? Please?

I am pregnant with twins and never once puked! I had nausea throughout the 1st trimester but never actually puked. Don't worry! Everyone is different!!
good luck!

Re: First appointment coming up.....
Thank you guys so much! I love this board.
It's hard to comprehend/believe that such an incredible miracle could be happening in my body, but I just keep trying to remind myself that is happens everyday and there's no reason to think anything is wrong. But it's still a HUGE comfort to hear from other ladies going through the same thing.

Re: First appointment coming up.....
I understand how you feel. With my son, i didn't have any symptoms except during the 1st trimester i would gag when brushing my teeth. Nothing else. I also didn't start showing until i was 6 1/2 months along. Still no symptoms at that point either.
It was definitely a relief going to my appointments and sonos because i felt completely normal the whole time. Wanted to remind myself there was a little person in there.
It's OK to not have many symptoms. There is still a baby in there!!!! Definitely count yourself lucky and try to enjoy it.
