If you are/were on bed rest

I am on day 7 of bed rest for placenta previa. I just feel so blah and achy. My legs/back/arms hurt from just laying around.
Is this how you felt?

so sorry u are feeling badly. i am not achy like that, but totally bored and restless and hating every minute of it!!

31weeks here was in hospital for a week to stop pre term contractions....came home this past saturday and been on bed rest since. IT SUCKS! I hate depending on people to do things for me , i feel ridiculous calling my parents to come upstair to give me water and stuff from my kitchen in the next room while dh is working.
Yes i def feel the aches and pains....everyone says live it up relax blah blah there is nothing to live up when it comes to someone telling you that you have to stay in bed and mean it.

I hope you start to feel better soon as far as ur aches and pains go....And know ur not alone .

Been on bed rest for 8 weeks and now im 35 weeks and on bed rest till we deliver due to weak cervix and preterm contractions. It sux.
I limit my tv during the day cuz that just makes me feel lazy. I sit and listen to music a lot and read or crochet.
Ugh..it's not easy tho.

Yes! I try to stretch my legs around and I will get up and walk around for like a minute each hour. I also do some arm stretching too. I need to do something!

My back hurts from time to time. Changing position is important!!
