glass bottles vs.plastic bottles
I am thinking of registering for glass bottles. I have not done much of research yet, so I am not sure what is the big difference b/w them. Any opinions? Are glass bottles heavier? Can you put glass bottles in bottle warmer? I am not really liking plastic (even BPA free). TY!

I chose glass bottles. Yes, glass bottles are heavy and you obviously have to be very careful with them. I have dropped a couple and of course they chipped so I threw them out. Yes, I put mine in a bottle warmer.

I registered for Dr. Brown's and Born Free because I was advised by someone to register for two brands just in case your DC does not like one kind you have the other to try, kwim? The first I tried was Dr. Brown's...she never had a problem with it so I stuck with that...and returned the Born Free set.

I registered for glass as well, when she is able to hold her own bottle I will switch to plastic so she doesn't bop herself in the head with it or throw it across the room lol

Re: glass bottles vs.plastic bottles
some advice from a new mom....
Get the glass bottles!!!!! At first I was skeptical bc they can break, theyre heavy, etc. but they warm up so much quicker, all I do is let the hot water run in the sink, fill a little bowl and put the bottle in it for 5 minutes and it is ready to go -- so much quicker than the plastic bottles and you dont need to bother with a bottle warmer. The glass keeps the warmth so the formula heats us quicker.
You will prefer the glass bottles when ur LO is screaming from hunger in the middle of the night.
