I am having my Ultrascreen today

I was going to go to the gym today, I went twice this week already. Do you think that I should hold off today being that I an having this test done or the excercising shouldn't effect anything?

I'm a little nervous about the test in general. I Just hope everything willl turn out fine!

if you have been exercising normally, i don't see why you can't. It shouldn't have any affect on the test.

good luck!!! I was so worried before mine too, but everything was great and it was so fun seeing the babies!

I was sooooooo nervous before mine as well.. everything was great. And if you excercise regularly, don't worry, it should be a problem.
