Ultrascreen was today and not sure what to do...

I had the ultrascreen at Madonna Perinatal. Normally when I go there, I see a dr after the sono because my regular OB requires it. Had the sono, was told to wait to get the blood drawn, had it drawn then told I could go. Well, I asked if I would see the dr and they said "no, you're not on a list to see him, you're fine". Plus they said he had to go to the hospital. So then I asked if the sono was ok and they got the tech who did it to come see me and she said "all looks good" but she can't give me results since they combine with the blood results. Then she apologized for not giving me a sono photo and gave me 3 photos.

My question is, do you think I should wait until next week until the results are confirmed before we tell anyone we're pregnant? We have not told any family yet, I just told one close friend who I see everyday. I'm kind of getting anxious, but would hate to say something and then hear I have a 1 in 50 chance of "something".

Also, they said I was measuring 12w, 3d and I thought I was 11w, 5d based on my last sono???

Any ideas? My appt to go back is not until a week from tomorrow

They won't tell you much until the blood results are in anyway. It's up to you - if the tech said everything looks good i would personally tell people (But I tell people the second I pee on a stick so I'm not much help I think)

Also - the difference in how the baby is measuring is not a big deal at all. My son measured two weeks bigger the entire time!

The sono techs can't tell you anything, but from my experience, if there is something wrong, either they find a dr to come in and tell you or they tell you to immediatly follow up with your dr. If they didn't tel you to see your dr tomorrow i wouldn't worry too much.

Thanks ladies. We might end up waiting anyway since Mother's Day is the weekend right after I get the results! I too thought if there was something drastically wrong, I would have been told to stay there.

At DSs 12 week ultrascreen I only saw the tech. This time I had an issue and the doctor came in. It scared me so much that I called my obgyn who said it was nothing and he would have rather that the doctor not say anything.
