I am IN LOVE with your home and if I got a job tomorrow or hit the lotto....I'd be snatching it up in a heartbeat!!! Why on earth do you not want to stay in it??
So when 1 of those 2 things actually happens, will you come decorate my home?? Just simply stunning

Gorgeous. I just wish my DH would move out to LI. 
It makes me so  when i see your house compared to the house we bought in Queens for nearly the same price.
I agree. We paid so much more for our house and it is not nearly as nice . We are considering moving further out east to get more for our money!

Your home is beautiful!! We had been looking in Kings Park. If we weren't already in contract, your home would have definitely been on our list!

Where was your house a year and a half ago when we bought. This is soooo much nicer than the fixer upper we bought in Northport for nearly the same price.

This! You should see what DH and I looked at for the same price this week  , in Floral Park, but still! The difference is unreal.
