Anyone else having problems with acne??

Ugh...I am 12 weeks along now and have developed terrible back acne! I never really had a problem with acne growing up, now all of the sudden it came overnight. All over my shoulder blades and down my upper arms. I don't know what to do. I have heard and read that you can't use certain acne products because of the "chemicals" in them. Anyone have success stories they can sure about what helped them? Thanks so much!!

I have this problem but on my face.

Started with my first pregnancy. Got MUCH worse after a mc and d&c. And never went away. Not I'm 8 months along and still my skin is AWFUL!!

nothing is really working for me.

I'm sorry. I know it stinks!!

I've been getting acne along my chin line. Deep ones that just want to linger. I've been just dealing with them. Regular cleaning style.

i use the belli pregnancy acne face wash. it definitely helps me. like any facial cleansers though, i think it's trial and error.

Absolutely horrible, all over my face, since I found out I was pregnant. Someone on one of the threads suggested Alpha Hydrox, which is safe for pregnant woman and it worked, so thank you to whoever passed that info along!

Hey. Is that a wash or an application you leave on your face? I'm assuming it's over the counter?

I also had horrific backne. Went to derm multiple times during preg. Also had biopsy done. Was diagnosed with folliculitis of pregnancy. Google it. It was strictly limited to my back, shoulders and lower neck.

Still suffering a bit with it, 8 weeks post partum. FM with any ?'s

I had a few breakouts on my face here and there but not too bad. But my face is soooo much more oily. It's horrible. I've just been using my regular face wash and going thru oil blotting sheets faster than I know what to do with.

Yup! I had horrible back-ne for a long time! It did get better though I promise you! I blame it on the testosterone

Ugh..yes! My skin was really clear before I got pregnant and now it looks like I am going through puberty. My face won't stop breaking out! Not to mention that it is spreading somewhat over my back, chest and shoulders..which has never happened to me before!

I'm going through this right now. I used to have clear skin except for an occasional pimple. Now my face has been a mess. At first I would get 1 or 2 pimples here and there in beginning of pregnancy, but now it's all over my face, and my complexion is so red and blotchy. It really stinks. I hope I'm not full of acne scars after this pregnancy.

Gold bond medicated body powder. Try it..every night before going to bed sprinkle it on.
