God Bless our Troops for their Courageous acts!! I literally cried after hearing the news. I just hope that for ONE day we can put our Differences aside and celebrate this in UNITY. I pray for the families and victims of 9-11. May god Bless America. pray:

My husband is in Afghanistan and even though this is such a HUGE accomplishment for the US, I cant keep the preggo hormaonal tears away from my lids with worry for him.

As happy as I am that Osama is dead, I am just as scared that something bad will happen again. I hope that all of our security & law enforcement officers do all that is humanly possible to protect us. Until then, DH got an extra kiss & hug with a big I Love You before heading out to work in NYC today!!!!

I never understand this. He didn't go and find him, he probably wasn't even aware of the movement, he was just the announcer. Still not an Obama supporter here. We have alot more coming at our troops after this. That will be the judge of weather or not he is and Eradicator of Terrorism or not.

I know your DH is in the DOD so perhaps you have some additional intelligence that makes stake in this claim. However, by ALL accounts Obama has been "aware" and working side by side with our intelligence and military forces for the past 9 months, including 6 meetings on the plan of attack - the final one being to go-ahead on Friday morning. I'm just not sure - political feelings aside - how you can make this claim, unless as I said you have additional info.
(Totally not asking you to share if you do - just curious what would make you state this.)

While this doesn't end the threat of terrorism it is a measure of justice for all the innocent victims of 9-11 and for their families. I hope that there is a special hell for him.

Yes, as part of his 10 minute speech it was 'that easy'. However, this was weeks and months of planning.
From the times today:
