today is mentally a biggie for me. 18 months old.
he was the same as he was yesterday, but is different to me today.
he's not really a baby anymore. he is growing. by leaps and bounds. I am astonished every single day by what he's learned...the things I can't imagine that he could comprehend, yet does.
and even more amazingly...his reciprocal love. I have never been loved and cherished so fiercely in my life and it is completely addictive.  the utter joy when he sees me after a spell...the voluntary kisses to my forehead...the sound of "mama" followed by a big big smile. it only makes me try every harder to be worthy of it.
Happy 18 months to be beautiful smiley happy dancing baby cum boy. It is truly my greatest joy watching you grow.
