Anyone camped with a 7 month old (or older/younger)
DH's friends invited us to go camping over Memorial Day Weekend- it would be in a cabin that has heat
So of course DH thinks that its a great idea- I feel like its going to be a hassle- any thoughts?
I'm also pumping to make life more complicated.

well I have never done this but I feel like
- going anywhere is a hassle but it seems like this might not be more of a hassle than going to someone else's house for the weekend
one question. .you say there is heat but does this also mean there is AC and electricity? do you have your own room so you would have some privacy to pump?
are other people there parents? or would they be okay if your LO happened to have a 'bad' night or would you have to be stressed about that?

YES! An 11 months old and it was a friggin' nightmare! A 7 months old might be a little different but DD did not like it. We had the pack n play in the tent and she slept ok for a little while but then was up and screaming for hours in the middle of the night. We ending up sleeping in the car so she wouldn't wake all the other campers...she did that for 3 night in a row...never again...we are camping again next month, out first trip since that trip, she will be 21 months.
