Maybe!!! That's pretty much it...cold food sounds 1000% better than hot for the most part...and don't mess with it...don't put sauce on my veggies or drizzle stuff on my strawberries...

Definitely fruits, fresh veggies like peppers and carrots, salads.... oh, and ICE CREAM.

Just have to say - i stopped and bought the tangerine AND the pomegranate Edy's fruit bars tonight....only had a pom so far, but

For me it's sweets and I know I have to go easy on that kinda stuff. The Dr. already told me to be mindful of my carb and sweets intake
