OK to register only at BBB and Amazon.com?

Do you think it's OK to register primarily at BBB and also at Amazon.com without BRU, etc? There are a few items that BBB doesn't have in the color/style we want or that Amazon has for much cheaper.

Are there enough BBB around for that to be practical?

We only registered at BBB and had no problems. So with you adding Amazon you should be fine.

Anything you want to do is okay, but I've been noticing that a lot of items I like are BRU Exclusive.

I originally thought BRU was a waste until I started editing my registry online and found that BRU actually beats BBB in items available! Now BRU is surprisingly my main registry, even though I wasn't thrilled by the store.

Plus, BRU stores are more convenient and easier to find that BBB on Long Island.

Just some food for thought! Chat Icon

By the way, I ALSO have Amazon, which has duplicate items the better prices and a lot of books on it since we're doing a book instead of card request.

What are some of the items bru has that BBb does not? Will give a second look. Spent most of my time looking online and in store at BBb and only looked a little at bru ( went to their flagship in NYC). Neither had our bedding or furniture but we bought the bedding ourselves and are getting the furniture elsewhere. Only BBb carries our stroller....

My rule...you register where you're happy and where you find the things you want to have! We did BBB and Target...

I am registered at all 3 and have to say Amazon is by far my fav, it's easy and they have pretty much everything for less.

How much did you put on amazon? I'm afraid people will prefer to go to a store but amazon has free ship on most items. Right now I only put the items that BBb didn't have in the color/style we wanted or that amazon had for much cheaper... Do you find that people are buying off your amazon registry?

I am constantly on the computer at work, so I put some of the same item on all 3 in case some people prefer one over the other, but it's going to take a lot of watching.
I just had my first item purchased yesterday from amazon so I deleted it off the other 2

What she said.

We registered @ BRU, BBB and Amazon since all three places had some items we wanted that weren't available at other places.

Plus, you get 10% completion coupons at each place you register!

Those are the two places I registered at. Even if there is not a BBB near everyone, everyone has the internet!
