33w5d update
I had another OB appt today to check on my cervix and see how big the baby is. The good news is baby weighs in at 5 lbs. 8 oz. - 71st percentile! This is great news (since I have GD).
Unfortunately my cervix issues are no bueno. Two weeks ago, I was measuring .5 cm. Last week, I was measuring 1.3 cm. Today, I was too small to measure.  I felt very disappointed. But I met with the OB and he basically said, if she comes now, she comes now. She might spend a few days in the ICU but he really doesn't seem too worried. I felt SO much better after that! And I'm still closed so that's good, too.
I spent some time hooked up to the monitor and I'm not contracting - also good news!
So, there's a good chance she'll come early, but hopefully she'll give me like two more weeks at least. 
Just wanted to share! I feel OK about it all. Of course I want her to stay in as long as possible, but everything I've read has 34 weeks as some sort of goalpoint that bedrest ladies shoot for, so I feel OK if she comes a bit sooner. Sending DH out tomorrow to pick up the crib mattress!

im gld everything looks good, I was born at 35 weeks and was just fine... if the doc says its okay then it is A ok! Goodluck!

Cook a little longer baby....let mommy relax!
One of my friends had her son at 32 weeks, he was 5 lbs and perfectly fine. If your little girl is over 5 lbs already, she will be perfect even if she comes early

I hope she stays put for awhile, but you have a good attitude about it, and the doctors don't seem too concerned. Trust you're in good hands, and all will be well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad the baby continues to do well!! Keep cooking, baby girl! I'm sorry about your cervix, but try to take it easy, take it day by day and know you are in good hands...

Thanks everyone! I spent the afternoon laying on the couch like a good bedrest patient.  Not that I've done much else since my birthday!

Holy crust! She could be here soon! I'm glad you're not contracting. Who knows maybe she could be a cozy baby and not come for a while like some baby I know

Sounds like you have a great attitude about everything. And of course its good she stays in there and cooks as long as possible, I am sure you are eager to cover her in kisses!!!!!
