Overnight Guests
A friend of mine has someone staying with her for a few days, today they went out to lunch and when they got back the guest went and pushed the button on her answering machine to hear the messages. Would you have said something? I know I would have but friend did'nt because she did not want to have a fight with her. But was upset and cannot wait for her to leave tomorrow.

Re: Overnight Guests
Umm, that is weird. I wouldn't listen to anyone else's messages. Even my mom walks out of the room to give me privacy when I check my messages.

Re: Overnight Guests
Being nosey, she has her cell and when it rings she goes in another room. So she wants her privacy, she has been a nightmare guest, tells her how to cook, decorate etc. They have not seen eachother in 4 years and I think it will be along time before she gets invited back.

Re: Overnight Guests
She should call her own machine while the friend is in the bathroom or outside & leave a message saying "Can't wait til you leave!" and let her push the button & hear that

I have a friend who is a guest at my house about once every 6-8weeks for about 4-7 days it depends.. I have had many issues with her but I LET HER KNOW MY ways .. ie: never cleans up after herself.. I was cleaning up after everyone.. she also leaves every light on in the house and her TV on ALL night long and during the day when she is not in the room.. She also refused to strip the bed when her time to leave came and put new linens on.. I told her how I felt and she understood.. Things are so so so much better.. I hope you can express you feelings and move on.. Dont hold a grudge..

Re: Overnight Guests
Well my friend is happy she is gone, I found out also that she invited herself. So when leaving she said I guess next time I should wait for a invite and she was told yes that is a good idea.
