Rachel what else have you seen? That was pretty much all we have seen since we need to sell ours before we can do anything. I want to see the one on Bulson and the one on Princeton as well

We are!! Finally getting serious about looking in Western Nassau. Looking at Malverne, Floral Park, Bellerose, New Hyde Park, Garden City South . . . good SD, preferrably walking distance to LIRR. Any and all suggestions or advice is welcome!

We are looking in NHP, Williston Park, Carle Place and Floral Park. Unfortunately with our price range it is hard to find anything that has everything we want!!

we are too!!!!
I want Nassau, my DH wants Suffolk
So *I* am looking into Carle Place, Plainview, Syosset...and still looking at other neighborhoods if others suggest one in central/northern Nassau.
WE want to pay less taxes than we are right now (almost 15 K   )and have more land than our current 50 x 100 plot!
