Select-OB+DHA Prenatal Vitamins

Hi girls,

I was just prescribed new prenatal vitamins, because the last vitamins I was taking made me extremely sick.

My question is.. Have any of you taken these or are taking them? And if so, how did they make you feel? ANDDD do I have to take both pills together? I'm so confused...and need immediate help!!! lol

i take prefera ob + dha which is different but its 2 pills and yes i take both. i dont have a problem with them but they do repeat on me a little so i take them at night

My doc gave me these to sample.

Yes, you do have to take them together.

I couldn't swallow the large pill.
AND they caused me MAJOR backage in the plumming department! (TMI)

I switched to OTC Prenatal One A Day- Glad I did. Saves me a ton of money too!

I have been on these for over a year and love them. You can chew or swallow the blue vitamin and it is berry flavored. And the dha pill is a citrus flavored gelcap.

I had zero problems from them and yes I always took them together

I did not do so well on these vitamins when i was taking them. I felt that my heartburn was worse on these. I was originally taking Up & Up brand prenatals and i was slightly anemic. When i started taking the Select-OB+DHA, my iron went extremely low. THese pills had less iron than the up&up. I went back on up & up and my iron was better but i still had to take iron pills.
