Prenatal vitamins and DHA post delivery?
I know DHA LIPIL says i should continue to take after delivery especially if breast feeding. What about other prenatal vitamins. Just wondering if i should be packing this in hosp. bag as well.

I will continue to take them, esp. if BF end up working for me. I'll slowly wean myself off after a few months, and switch to a regular multivitamin.

My OB and Ped both had me continue them b.c I was breastfeeding - however if you are not BFing you really don't need to continue them.
