i'm definitely showing this to dh.. because he's one of those complainers who's always biatching about the weather forecasters being so off.

If this flight gets cancelled for me, it will be the 4th flight I've had cancelled since Dec 17th.

Snow should end in the morning on Wednesday in NYC. There is time to get flights going again.

So when you say "Long Island," do you mean Nassau and Suffolk counties OR do you mean the entire island????  . So many of us teachers who work in and for the city live in Nassau and Suffolk and I do not plan on driving my kids to day care, then to Brooklyn and back in a foot of snow because Bloomberg and his cronies continue to make bad choices. Besides, I can see myself doing that and none of the little critters would show up for school.
Oh and $20 bucks for Kelly if she gets the LIRR to shut down again.

I really wonder if there's any chance for more like 2 feet of snow. Or more.
Wasn't the storm in '96 supposed to be like 10 inches and it wound up being closer to 20?? I want it to be like THAT!
