Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
For eating mostly, but you can include naps too!
Also, how much is your LO eating at each meal? How much are they drinking? How many snacks?
And what are they eating? What are their favorite things to eat (or send to daycare)?

DS is 14 months old...He is currently on a table food strike unless it is cake! He gets 1 jar of oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, 1-2 jars of meat and veggie at lunch, and 1-2 jars of meat/veggie and fruit for dinner. He has a milk protein and soy allergy so he is still on formula! He drinks about 20-25 ounces a day. He gets 2 snacks a day. Usually Beech Nut cookies and crackers and/or fruit. He also gets 2 sippy's of water/juice during the day. When he was eating table food, he was eating turkey, chicken, potato's, peas, carrots, rice, bread.. Right now, his favorite thing to eat is Ritz crackers!!
As for naps, it depends when he wakes up. He usually can't make it past 3-4 hours after he wakes up in the morning before he needs a nap. He was napping 2-2.5 hours for a few weeks. That ended this past week. Now he is going 1-1.5 hours..He always takes a morning/early afternoon nap. His late afternoon nap doesn't always happen...

Thanks Kerry! Loey is still BFing once a day (until Monday) and then I'm nervous because he will not drink milk (or even frozen BM from a sippy).

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
Lucas doesnt stop eating
wakes up at 7 (when we are off from work- we're both teachers...6 when we are working) 6 oz of milk when he first wakes up in a straw sippy (we JUST started to get rid of the bottles but he doesnt seem to care if its a straw sippy or bottle)
8am breakfast (pancakes, waffles, eggs, ect.. he literally eats EVERYTHING)
9:30ish-11ish nap
12ish another 6oz of milk
1ish lunch
2ish a bigger snack like a banana and some cherrios
3ish another nap for an hour
5ish dinner
6:30 6 oz milk
7- 7:30 bedtime
In between times we will give him snacks like cherrios, puffs, maybe a cookie, if we are eating or snacking on anything he will have a little of that. This is just an idea of his schedule it changes depending on how long he naps and if we are out running errands or whatever

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
DS is 14 mo; this is atypical day (daycare is 2days a week, so he's home the other days)
7oz bottle of milk first thing in the morning 7am ish.
by 8-8:30ish he gets either a bowl of oatmeal(grown up quaker instant oatmeal) or some mini pancakes cutup with a yogurt cup.
somewhere in here is a sippy cup of juice/water or water and puffs through the morning.
maybe another yogurt, applesauce or fruit before nap.
11:30ish, put down for a nap.
after nap...depends how long 1-2hrs; gets lunch which for now is usually the gerber meals..he loves the raviolis, or pasta meat sauce combos. he eats PBJ sandwhiches. Im going to try hummus on pita this week for lunch.
a cup of milk or juice/water
munches on puffs or sometimes a yogurt, banana/fruit, or nilla wafers.
dinner is around 5 for him. sometimes its another gerber meal, other times its whatever im making for dinnner..depends.
bedtime 7pm another 7-8oz bottle of milk.
Our daycare provides all his food & milk so I dont have to send anything. I used to send bottles of formula or bottles with milk, but im trying to cut out the day bottles so they give him everything in sippys.

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
DS just turned one...so here it is:
Wakes up between 6:30, and 8
breakfast we'll say by 7:30-8:30
He has any of the following:
Pancakes- around 3-4 minis Waffles-1.5 adult size oatmeal-Trader Joe's Steel Cut-1 pouch Omelette-1.5 full eggs w/turkey, ham..etc French Toast-1.5 pieces
Always with a fruit, and usually eats around a cup of the fruit..loves apples, and peaches
Lunch is around 12-1
Grilled Cheese (1 slice), meatballs (3) Macaroni, basically anything we eat...we have yet to find something he won't eat.
Dinner is around 6, and is whatever we have, he ususally has a healty size portion for a one-year old..lol.
Drinks: He has an 8 oz cup of milk between breakfast and lunch, another before dinner and then a 5 oz or so bottle just before bed. He drinks water with his meals, sometimes with an oz or so of juice .
He takes one nap usually from 1 hour to 2 hours, and the time is usually just before lunch, or just after lunch.
Bedtime is around 7 :30.

DS isn't really eating table food either - just Nilla wafers and pudding. I just tried chicken nuggets and he ate the breading off and spit out the chicken.

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
Mine are eating machines. They are 13 months.
Wake around 6, I bring them downstairs around 6:30
7:00 - breakfast - this is their best meal so I try to load them up. They split 3 waffles/3 pieces of french toast or 2-3 scrambled eggs with cheese, plus some kind of fruit (usually melon or they split one banana, sometimes berries), plus I throw some Cheerios on their trays
8:30 - 8 oz bottle of milk (not doing sippies with milk yet)
Nap around 9:30/10 to 11:30ish
12:00 - lunch - they usually split a sandwich - grilled cheese (sometimes with ham), cream cheese/jelly, sunflower seed butter/jelly, or chicken "nuggets" (3 each), pizza (If I make homemade, I use a whole wheat flatbread and they split one, if its from the pizza place they split 1.5 slices). Sometimes a yogurt. I also give some kind of steamed or sauteed veggie with lunch. Pretty much any kind - broccoli, peas, corn, carrots, spinach, etc.
1:00 - 8 oz bottle of milk
Nicholas will then nap like 2-3:30. If I am lucky I can get Christian to nap for 45 minutes to an hour or so.
When they get up, I offer a snack - one granola bar each, Goldfish, any kind of cracker, etc.
5:00 - dinner - often pasta (ravioli/tortellini, noodles with sauce, etc. - I sometimes put veggies in with the sauce, like frozen spinach or whatever). Otherwise leftovers from whatever we eat. Recently they've had chicken pot pie, beef stew, meatloaf, they eat all kinds of chicken (they don't like turkey), lamb, steak, meatballs, etc. I offer a veggie too, they love those veggie potato pancakes from Costco. They also like veggie burgers (one each) and the Dr. Praegers spinach pancakes. I also usually give them an applesauce or something like that. Honestly they are hit or miss with dinner so I try not to stress to much about it. If they are hungry, they will pretty much eat half of an adult portion each.
6:00 - 8oz bottle of milk 7:00 bed
Sorry this was really long
ETA they get sippies with water at every meal

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
Xavier turned 13 months on wednesday. This is a typical eating routine. Napping depends where he is- my house, my parents or daycare of when he naps or if we are out, if he does.
-6/630am 6oz bottle -45-1hour nap before we leave home at 815. -9 breakfast. He eats EVERYTHING.he eats a lot from what daycare says. Grilled cheese sandwich, pancakes, omelettes w cheese and veggies, toast, waffles, oatmeal. -10/11 6oz bottle. -30-1hr nap -12/1 lunch. Our left overs from night before or my moms cooking or whatever daycare is giving that day. -2/3 nap. -330 snack- cheerios. Fruits, yogurt, a cookie. 6-630 dinner-whatever we eat- pasta, salmon, beef, turkey, chicken. He eats everything we eat including all veggies and carb sides. Down by 8 w a 6oz bottle. Sometimes he won't finish bottle. If he doesn't eat we know something is wrong with him. He drinks water with all his meals except breakfast, where we give him juice.

This is pretty much our schedule too. I just got rid of the 2 daytime bottles today and he had sippys. The bedtime bottle is still right before bed. I'm not sure how to do his bedtime routine without it - bath, pajamas, bottle in rocking chair (dark in his room), rock a little, in the crib.

Re: Can you give me your one year old's schedule?
DD is 14 mos. Her feeding schedule is usually:
7:30 - 6 oz sippy milk 8:30 - breakfast (breakfast can be anything form oatmeal with fruit, french toast -one of her faves!-, pancakes or eggs) 12:30/1:00 - lunch (this varies a lot but can be soup -another fave!-, veggies, chicken/meat, pasta/pastina) 3:00 - 6 oz sippy milk 5:30/6:00 - dinner (usually whatever we're having) 7:30 - 7 oz sippy milk
DD isn't really much of a snacker but once in a while there might be a snack (some fruit or yogurt usually) thrown somewhere in the mix. She also gets a sippy with water with lunch and dinner.
