I'm pretty sure I am only carrying 1 but I looked like that at 6w last night! I am very prone to bloat and have at times looked like that before my BFP too 
if twins run in your family though I'll keep my fingers crossed for twins!!!

That is very exiciting! I hope it is 2! Twins are so cute!
My belly is the same size as yours and I am 9w also (1 for me!). I have had a belly like this since 6w.

At 9 wks it's all just bloat regardless of it being twins or not. But, it's exciting for you to find out either way.
