Re: Vegas Must-Sees??
First off...you are so lucky you are going!!!
I took a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam...that was very nice!
We saw one show (Cirque du Soleil O) but we just walked up and down the strip and each hotel has something cool like Bellagio fountains, Mirage Volcano, Venetian Gondola ride.
Let me know if you have any other questions....enjoy!!

Re: Vegas Must-Sees??
Definitely pick a Cirque du Soleil to see. We saw Ka and it was AMAZING!!!!!!
If you're into the touristy stuff there is always the gondola ride inside of the Venetian, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the roller coaster at NY NY, Mirage has the the white tigers... and of course the fountains at the Bellagio. I would skip the aquarium at Mandalay Bay... I didn't think it was anything that spectacular.
There are some incredible restaurants. We love Picasso at the Bellagio but we've only ever eaten there once because it's $$$$. Nob Hilll inside MGM is pretty good too. And I like Canaletto at the Venetian because it looks out into the "square" and you can see the street performers and the gondolas. The Venetian also has some pretty good gelato right outside of the Wolfgang puck restaurant.
HTH!!! Have fun!!!

Re: Vegas Must-Sees??
Oh, you will love Vegas! There is so much to do and see. Honestly when we go, we spend most of our time walking up and down the strip going into each of the amazing hotels. There are so many delish restaurants, happy hours, etc. You can get restaurant.com gift certificates for some great restaurants in Vegas.
Definitely see a Cirque show. There are so many to choose from. There are great comedy shows, magic shows, too. See who will be in town when you go. We saw Jerry Seinfeld there, which was awesome!
We love going up the Eiffel Tower. Great views, and it's reasonably priced. Oh, sign up for text updates for the various hotels. You'll get some great coupons sent to you.
As hectic as it is there, it's one of our most relaxing vacation spots. Enjoy!

Definitely a Cirque Show. We've seen O, Zumanity, Mystere and Love. We also saw La Reve at Wynn which isn't a Cirque show, but it's the same type of stuff. Really awesome.
Do a gondola ride in the Venetian (DH would laugh if he saw I wrote this because I thought it was the dumbest thing but it's cute).
Go to City Center! It's huge! Of course the Bellagio fountains and top of the Eiffle tower.
