talk to me about W. Babylon?
South of Sunrise, around the 109 area?
Also, how are the schools?

South of Sunrise, off 109 is a good area. Closer to Arnold Avenue or the Junior High? Both are good areas. Average, hard working middle class families. The schools are good too.
ETA: Immediately south of Sunrise off 109 is considered Lindenhurst I believe. Just a few blocks further and it's W. Babylon.

I grew up in WB. Schools are great. That area is just fine. I'm hoping to move to WB in a couple of years myself.

We live in WB off of straight path. The schools are good, the area is nice. There are parts that aren't as nice, but its definitely a nice affordable town.

West Babylon is good, but be careful. There are some spots that are considered North Babylon schools. North Babylon isn't that good.

Perfect description. The library has a lot to offer, there are many sports, a great new rec center and good churches as well.
