At 3 months we only put him in his swing for his long nap- which he napped for sometimes 2.5 hours. I tried to restrict it to that since he would nap in it for so long.

He loved his playmat at 3 months- would play there for an hour. At 3 months, he was only going about an hour to 1.5 hours between naps, so playmat, maybe a little tummy time. Walk around dancing and singing. It's not long when you factor in eating and diaper changes.
