You live about 3 seconds away from me Chat Icon

Jaime we got a total bargain on our house and it's on .25 acre which is normal for our area. I love the area I live in (Boxwood Section, just north of 25A off Lawrence). No new construction but the homes are all a good size and most have very large yards.

I remember when you bought your house and posted a picture! I recognized it from my runs/walks with the dog.

My house is small and only on about .20 acre but we also got a great deal and are working on bringing our formerly neglected house up to the standard set by the nice houses in our neighborhood!

The new houses they are putting in on Birch actually vary in house and lot size I think. Some are enormous, others are more modest.

Re: Talk to me about San remo

So funny! I have lived in kings park most of my life I was never a fan of San Remo, but my DHs family lives in San Remo. I now live in San Remo in an apartment at my in-laws and I love living there, we live 3 houses up from the water. I love being able to go for a walk by the water, its so relaxing.

Like the other girls have said it started as Bungalows, BUT I have to say it hardly smells like low tided, maybe 3 time in the past 2 years that I have been living there would I say I have smelt low tide.

For new construction, they built a new house on Rosewood and one on Locust that I know about. . .

We are looking for a house and I would totally live in San Remo, but if you asked me that 3 years ago I would have said NO WAY!!
