is mynassauproperty the right appraisal amount?
if we were to list our house is that what it would go for?If so we are in big trouble our house is down $100,000 than when we bought it in 2006 looks like we are not going ANYWHERE soon!

we are closing on our house on tuesday... the mynassauproperty appraisal price is $49K more than what we're paying.

I think it is low. THe house across from me is the same as mine and in the same condition and it sold for $100k more that the value on my nassau property.

No because their appraisal is outside only. When you list a house, they take into consideration the inside usually.
