I'm not trying to impress anyone. All of my kids wore the sleep n plays until they were about 6 months old. The all HATED socks so the footies were my only option

DD loves these!! if i'm just doing errands and hanging around on the house she's wearing these. the only time i put her in an outfit is if we have a company coming over or we're going to see friends.

I put OTher b/c My DD was born in Nov... so most of the time she was in something like that for the first few months... maybe like 8 weeks...

Then after that it was mostly like lounging around the house and sleepwear only.

Now that she will be 11 months on Monday... OMG I cannot believe that I just said that... ;-(

Now that she will be 11 months on Monday... lol... I think it looks a little weird on bigger kids... so I wouldn't personally do it. But... that doesn't mean people don't do it. JMO.

sleeping and around the house, with the exp of the drs office.
I always get the first appt of the day and brought them in their pjs.

the second i get home from dr, i strip them down and throw them in a bath anyway.

#2 def left the house a little more "comfy" then #1...but those things were a PITA with cloth diapers. Too many diaper changes to be snapping and unsnapping all the time.

When DD was little, she wore them all the time and everywhere we went. Now, she only wears them around the house and to bed and maybe a quick trip to grandma's or something!

I think this is age specific for me - my DD lived in footie PJ's, in and out of the house, for the first few months of her life, which also happened to be winter time. I don't think I really started dressing her until 4-5 months and even then it was mostly a onesie t-shirt (but not a plain white one) and sweat pants - aka, adult pj's.
