I am on 40mg a day of Lovenox. DH gives me a shot everymorning at exactly 7:30. Tomorrow morning he has to leave the house by 7 and i can't give myself the shot. Do you think it would be ok if he gave me the shot at 6:45?

I was told u can move it back or up, but by no more than an hr.
If he gives it to you tomorrow at 6:45 am, you should be fine.

Honestly, sometimes I am off by more than hour - sometimes even 2 or 3 hours and everything has been fine, so I'm sure with 15 min you will be perfectly fine!

omg I didn't even know about the window...I usually give it to myself around the same time every night, but I am happy I know to def do that from now on!!!

Thanks ladies! I had no idea about the window. I knew we can do it an hour later but i wasn't sure about earlier.

I am sure it will be fine! I never asked but I was a big rebel and slept in until 8 yesterday and I usually give it at 7.
