Madonna and her 80 year old arms & hands
WOAH look at the difference. If these women spend so much money to get their faces fixed why not get the hands to match the face?

Because she is in the single digit body fat content. There is no fat to cover the muscles and veins.
That's how everyone's arms would look like if we were under the "recommended" amount of body fat.
I am pretty sure she is under 10% body fat. Probably closer to 7%.
It's actually very unhealthy!

as mentioned when you have very low body fat that is what happens and if your genetically setup to have bulgy veins. My grandmother was very skinny and hardly ever ate anything she had the same problem.

Yep, I saw her live on the last two tours and she's all muscle, skin and bone.

While I don't disagree that she is probaly too skinny I do want to point out that some people just have veiny hands and arms. I am thin but in a healthy range but I have always had veiny hands and arms. Not as bad as hers, but then again, I am in my early 30's. However, they have definately gotten more noticeable as I have aged and sometimes they are worse than other times. I really cannot help it - my hands are very thin ( I have a size 3.5 ring).
