Petty Vent about M/S

I hate this. I know that it's supposed to change in the 2nd trimester, but waking up and throwing up every single day is awful. I have absolutely no energy pretty much 24/7, and I can't even remember the last time I actually enjoyed eating. I'm sure this is fairly common, but if any of you have gone through this and can share, I would really appreciate it.

I went through it, so I'm sending lots of your way.

It stinks, but I promise you, it'll get better and then you manage to forget how miserable it was. Mine lingered until about 16 1/2-17 weeks (but started getting more spread out after 14 weeks). Now, I feel great. I'm not nauseous and I can eat things I couldn't even look at in the first trimester.

I totally understand I have been feeling the same way I am 12 weeks and feel sick still I throw up mostly the evenings though and food I can not eat anything I am scared it will make me sick and the food aversions stink.....I am starting to have a good day here and there with out puking but very tired too hang in there This too shall pass I tell myself everyday think of the outcome!!!!

I went through this every day until 19 weeks. I didn't think it would get better but thankfully it stopped. I tried everything and the only thing that stopped me from throwing up in the morning was the Unisom/B6 combo.

Unfortunately, I still threw up almost every night.

i just picked up a flyer in the doctors office this morning. i forgot what it is called - something "bella" and it looks like a wrist watch. i think it works like a motion sickness band but is prescribed by your doctor.

i thought it looked pretty good and reminded myself for the next pregnancy i would ask my doc about it.
maybe you can ask your doc. m/s is frustrating and i didnt even have it that bad - i was just VERY glad when i finally felt like myself again.

I totally know what you're going through! I threw up every single day for 3 weeks straight. It stopped week 14, thank goodness! I thought it would NEVER end. One day I didn't throw up, then the next day I threw up FIVE TIMES... and then I haven't thrown up since. Oh, except the night we put an offer on our house (WE CLOSED TODAY!!!)... but I don't know if that one was baby related lol.

I know how terrible it is. I experienced this with both my pg's. For me it stopped pretty much after the first trimester. I have to say once you get past it, it will be a distant memory! Don't worry you won't even remember how terrible it was

Im so sorry!! But I know how you feel! I went through it and everyone said it will pass....it was hard to believe but it really does get better!! For me it was 14 weeks 2 days! Hang in there!!

I'm sorry! I know how you feel...i just started throwing up at least twice a day this past week. I am getting really good at throwing up in my car on the way to work.....FEEL BETTER!
