BF moms who got AF back (or maybe no BF ladies can answer too)

So Im now almost 7 mons PP and AF still hasnt come bc i am BFing.

HOWEVER....for the past TWO weeks i have had dull cramps and last night i had them alittle more. Its like everyday i wake up and SWEAR im gonna have AF and i dont.

SO my question is, when you finally got AF, did it just appear or did it toy w. you like it is w/ me?

Mine always just returned out of nowhere. I still haven't gotten mine yet at 7 1/2 months pp.

I definitely had the pre-AF cramps I used to get. I also had EWCM for the first time in FOREVER so I had a clue that I was maybe O'ing and would probably get AF back that cycle.

I honestly can't remember-- but I got it at exactly 8 months PP.

I think I did get some cramps, but I would occasionally get a cramp anyway... but, it may be coming for you!

Ugg it toyed with me!!! And the First one PP was not a pretty one either!!! Ouchy!!! Gets better and back to normal after the first two periods.. for me anyway.

I didn't get my first PP period until 11 monthPP. For months before that I was SURE I was getting AF. I would get cramps and just had that feeling. When it finally came, there were no additional warnings, just the same cramping I had been having for the past few months.

I felt ovulation pain and then AF came 2 weeks later.

Mine returned out of nowhere and it came back when DS was 9 months and BOY did it STINK!

Mine toyed with me for a couple of months. I thought it was coming and didn't. I got a semi period at 7.5 months. Then this week I got a real period at almost 9 months PP.

I feel the same way. I'm also 7 months pp and last week I had a lot of egg white cm and mild cramps so I'm guessing that I must have been ovulating. I have a feeling that she is coming in the next week or so.

I may have felt a little crampy, but I was pretty surprised when it came back. I got it at 7 months PP.

It took almost exactly 9 months PP for AF to come back. She came back with a vengeance

I just got AF back, ds is ebf and 5.5 months. For 3-4 whole weeks preceding this I was very nauseaous, had cramps and sore nipples. I now chalk it up to my hormones returning and my body's reaction to them but I was certain I was pregnant again however unlikely. Once af started I felt normal again. I saw no change in my milk supply by the way.

Not BF, but AF did this to me as well for 2 1/2 months before she finally showed up. I PO lots of Ss - all negative - just AF being a pain in the arse.
