I've heard that "missionary" is the best as it is the most natural. I think anything is really fine but anything that goes against gravity (ie - standing up, woman on top, etc) is thought to be not the best because it makes it more difficult for those swimmers to head upstream as they are fighting gravity.

i heard that "doggy style" was best if you have a tilted uterus -- it puts the angle best for the sperm to get to the cervix
but we just use this one cause i love it

I would say missionary since gravity is working in your favor, I've heard that women with a "tilted uterus" should do it doggy style to get preggers
