Oh My Carpet Beetle
Has anyone had these in there house or know anything abou the?
I am so skeeved out right now. I have found this bug around my house like 5 or 6 times this week and I just looked it up online and it seems to match the pic of this carpet beetle.
Why are they in my house? Are these things common? I keep a very clean house so I know its not that. DH is trying to tell me that its normal to get different types of bugs in the house this time of year but this is the first time we have ever owned a house and its grossing me out

Oh My Gosh, thank you so much. I hope it was just the few I have seen in my house and I dont have a whole infestation b/c then I might just have to move LOL

LOL!!! I have to admit after reading this I was lifting my carpet and checking my clothing. LOL!!! But hey atleast they preserve things!!!!!

I find these sporadically at work. I also found 2 at home this weekend, but not in an area where I had any fabric. I think they just find their way in the house. They are icky though!

I've never heard of these, but it is very common to see some new bugs indoors as it gets warmer and the ground thaws.
