Landscaping contract

Yet again we signed with a different landscaper.

For those with a contract for the seasons, what will it cost? Just totals and include what you get for that.

Thanks!

Re: Landscaping contract

we don't sign a contract. they come as long as we want them to.

$135 a month 60x90ish plot. includes everything--seed, fertilizer, planting plants we want, mowing, cutting bushes, and general maintenance. spring and fall cleanups are the same price

Re: Landscaping contract

We don't have an official contract

$25 for weekly moving
$150 for spring and fall cleanups

I can't really remember how much the fertilizers and other things run but I think on average we pay about $1500 per year (not season).

Re: Landscaping contract

We don't have a contract either.

I think it's $30 for the weekly mow and the cleanups are in the $125-150 range. Fertilizer is usually $50-60 a pop, but before they start that the owners comes around and we map out a gameplan for the season.

Re: Landscaping contract

We don't sign a contract. Our spring clean up was $80 (it was just done yesterday). Our weekly cut is $20. Sometimes they'll add stuff like seed and other stuff and it's just a little bit more.

Are any of you in Suffolk? I am looking for a new guy and I am coming up short. NO ONE is calling me back. My old one, I assume is no longer doing it... and refuses to call me back. UNREAL Chat Icon
