Grapefruit juice ladies....I need your help
I've decided this month to start with Mucinex daily and grapefruit juice. I know the mucinex to start around CD10 and stop once I O.
But what about the grapefruit juice? How much? How many times a day? Every day for the entire cycle or stop once I O? And does it have to be regular grapefruit juice or can it be the flavored ones or the ruby red? Any input is helpful! TIA!!

I drink 1 glass (about 12 oz) everyday for the whole cycle. I only started last cycle and didn't O so I couldn't tell if it made any difference. I usually drink the regular rather than the ruby red. Again, I don't know if it makes a difference.

how did you know you didn't O? I thought we O'd every cycle but due to timing, health of egg, sperm etc we may not conceive. Am I wrong? I just don't know!
i want to try the grapefruit juice too and was curious about ruby red vs regular so thanks!

You can not ovulate during a cycle and still get AF. Here's some info on an "Anovulatory Cycle"

I know I didn't O because I didn't get a positive OPK and did not have a temp shift. It's called an anovulatory cycle. You still get AF but its not "really" AF because you didn't O

I make sure to buy the one that says 100% juice. Some of them are only 20% or so. I have drank both name brand & stop and shop brand and get good results. I try to have 8-10 oz per day usually mixed with seltzer.
