red spotting
anyone have red spotting and have it actually be implantation and not AF?? its weird like CM tinged with red - but def red and not brown. had it a little this morning and havent had it since.
im assuming its TBAF.. she'll prob be here by tomorrow..
only thing is my temp kinda went back up today instead of down like it usually does when i get AF - but i am on progesterone so that could be why..
BTW im 11-12 DPO and tested BFN this morning...
i am thinking of taking some time off for a few cycles - i gained 20lbs since i started treatment in november, and would like to lose weight and get used to my new job (which starts monday) before continuing medicated cycles. we will stilll try naturally but i prob wont ovulate on my own so i dont hold out much hope.
to everyone else in the 2WW right now!!

Re: red spotting
My colleague, who got pregnant via clomid/IUI experienced implantation bleeding right around the time AF was due. It lasted all day. She said it was a mix of red and brown, but definitely included some red. She considered herself out and drowned her sorrows in wine that night. The next day she noticed it was gone, and lo and behold, she now has 2 beautiful boys. So don't give up hope yet!!!

Re: red spotting
I hope you're not like me, because whenever I spot, Af comes shortly after. Hoping for you!

Re: red spotting
For me, whenever I had spotting AF was not far behind but everyone is different. Some people spot and bleed throughout their pregnancies. I hope you get some good news.

thanks! that gives me a little bit of hope. but i still think AF is on her way..
as for the weight gain - i have been on so many meds for the last three months i cant pinpoint which one is solely responsible - but im pretty sure its the dexamethasone steroid that im on for high LH. i have also done femara, clomid, follistim/gonal-f, progesterone, and BCP over the last 3 months, and i have just had NO willpower to diet while on all of these hormones. if i dont get a BFP i think my body needs a break!!
sometimes i spot before AF although i would normally have a normal flow by now. i havent had anything since this morning when i had the spotting. sorry tmi - but it was literally 1 reddish/CM circle on the pantyliner - and then again about an hour later. nothing so far since... but i do think the progesterone might be screwing with me too. i was supposed to go for a beta tomorrow but i am holding out to see if AF comes..
thanks for the everyone!

Re: red spotting
I'd usually say that spotting = AF, but your temp went way up. Mine drops through the floor before AF.
I'd say you're still in it!!
