So i had some red spotting this mornin... Update!!!
I had an internal sono yesterday, and i had sex with DH this morning... But it was red. Pt not alot it was very very little.
Anyone experience spotting after sex?
Update! So i went to the bathroom again. And wiped, and all the blood is gone. So i dont have another sono for 4 weeks, and my Dr said since i had one yesterday i dont need another one. Should i just try to put it behind me??

Yeah it stopped thank god. And my Dr. just called me he said that as long as it stopped i will be ok, and that i cant have sex right now.

Its probable just cervix irritation from the morning fun. I would go put feet up and drink lots of water and keep an eye on. Call OB anyway and just let them know. If it doesnt stop and cant get a hold of OB I would just take a trip to ER and to make sure all is okay.

Yeah it stopped thank god. And my Dr. just called me he said that as long as it stopped i will be ok, and that i cant have sex right now.

Totally normal - your cervix is engorged with blood and highly sensitive - the slightest disruption, like an ultrasound, or sex, will cause many pregnant women to spot.
To ease your concerns, call your OB, but try to remember that a LOT of healthy pregnancies spot throughout

I wouldn't worry. I've had slight spotting throughout the pregnancy. It's totally normal.

The same thing happened to me at 5 weeks. We "did the deed" and right at the moment I....um....ahem...I had an awful cramping feeling and I was doubled over in pain. When I wiped there was a lot of red blood and I freaked out.
My Dr. told me the same thing yours did...everything was ok.

It could be that your cervix is irritated from the internal & DTD, but call your OB just to let them know.

I actually just had some blood for the 1st time after sex a few days ago! after a few wipes is was gone though!!

thanks ladies. I called my Dr. and he said that i should worry unless it persists. Buts its gone away since. So i dont think i have anything to worry about.

even with dh and i not having relations- I still had 3 episodes of small spotting.
When I notice that: I drink water, kick my feet up and just wait for it to not get worse, not have cramping pain and to stop.
All three times i went to the dr at the next appt and everything was fine.

right - i've told you - i had two instances and since the PAP - i've been spotting non stop. It's finally done today (late last night to be precise)....
if your doctor feels you are fine - then i'd go with that and try to rest assured - they have your best health in mind!
