House hunters....are you seeing more inventory yet?
Not as much as I had hoped to see after the Superbowl....maybe March it will pick up?
I want to move but I want to find the RIGHT house.

maybe its just my price point up to 450k I have seen a ton of new homes listed in the last few weeks

I check my town/SD as a seller and the inventory has dropped! (good for us)
It was consistantly in the 30-40s...now it's in the 20s

I can only speak for TX but its been pretty dry. I mean I see about 16 new each week of which only about 4 are worth looking at. Even then not always worth it when I got out there. Hence I saw 42 before I found the one I like.
Of course now im freaking out because it only got the market last week and I want to snatch it up fast! hahah

Yes, but we're looking in North Jersey, it def seems like there's more new listings every week than there were before the Super Bowl.
