I went at 35 weeks. Since you are pg with Twins I say go at week 30-35. ALso let me know how it is since we are delivering at the same hospital.

I don't think it really matters when you go. I would like to go now, but w/ the flu season restrictions they aren't giving tours. I have to wait until they lift the ban.

I am going at 33 or 34 weeks... Now, I can't remember when I scheduled my appointment for..and I can't find where I wrote it! HAHAH mommy brain! I will have to call them. I know it's this month...

Funny that you just posted this b/c I literally just got off the phone with Winthrop. I wanted to sign DS up for the sibling class, but they aren't offering it right now b/c of stupid H1N1, but I registered for the breastfeeding class and they are calling me back about the tour. The regular lady wasn't there and the fill-in couldn't find the tour book. I figured a month or 2 before, but it doesn't really matter when you do it. I had Ryan at a different hospital so I hope they didn't cancel the tours.

If I were you I would go earlier, maybe 28 weeks. We went at about 32 weeks and I was really uncomfortable walking around and standing in one spot for the tour, but that could also just be me. All the classes are fine to do later because you are sitting.

with my dd I did the tour at 22 weeks. we were at the hospital for our level 2 and figured that we'd get both done. With this pregnancy, my insurance requires that every sono and blood test be done at the hospital (so annoying) so even though I'm only 20 weeks I've been to the hospital 6 or 7 times already - I think I could give the tour myself.

De she just called me back. They are still doing them, I'm going on 2/25. Stinks though because they are all on Thursday nights and DH can't go on Thursday nights.
