I am so confused...
OK ladies I need your help...I am 21 dpo and AF has not come. I have cramps and a backache but I have taked 3 hpt and all bfn. Am I or not??? Ughh!! We have been trying for almost a year and was hoping that this was it.

Are your cycles usually really long??
ETA: If AF doesn't come by Monday I would def call your MD for an appt so they can do bloodwork and you can know for sure!

So then something seems like its def going on. Plus the cramps and backache is an early pregnancy symptom too. I really hope it is a BFP! Call your MD!! Good Luck!!!!

pretty sure I O'd...used the OPK and got the  on Jan 9th, should have gotten AF on Jan 24th or 25th. Since then I have had cramps and a backache and I feel like I am getting AF or it will come at any second...but nothing!

Your body can do a "fake out." That means that it can gear up to O and then not do it at the last minute, and O at a different point in the cycle. (I know, right? Like this isn't frustrating enough!) If you can only estimate when you O'd, I'd wait a few more days, test again, and then call the doc.
