...what towns are you looking in?

We are and have expanded our search to Rocky Point, Wading River, Yaphank, Middle Island, Selden and Medford.

We looked in both Three Village and Smithtown SD.
We ended up getting a place in Smithtown - we should be going to contract any day now. Probably by tomorrow, actually.
I grew up here, loved it. My family is all here and I'm just not ready to move that far from them (yes, even Three Village was a little far for me lol). We are very close and especially my brother - I have to be close to him. We want our kids to go to this SD so even if we have a kid or two in this townhome, we don't have to worry about the change of schools when we move which is nice.

I am looking at bank owned (or a hort sale that we neg. ourselves) in oceanside, island park, long beach, lido and I just had to expand my search to south freeport....which I am not crazy about but this isn't my forever house but a 2-3 year house (we are buying, fixing, living and then selling)
So for us it's more a business and a numbers game
But I have seen a lot of great stuff in rocky pt, PJS and sound beach with clients but it's too far for us!

My boyfriend does
We are both realtors for a company that deals in mainly bank owned
I also do loan mods and he negioates short sales with the bank

We are looking in Three Village school district, Some parts of Port Jeff, Kings Park, Smithtown, Northport, Fort Solonga, Centerport & maybe Dix Hills. Mount Sinai & Miller Place is an option too.
