Ok ladies.......how long have you been TTC???
My girlfriend just got preggers on her second shot. Her DH can spit on her and she'll get pregnant.  No really I'm happy for her. 
For me, it's been 2 cycles.
With DD, it took 6 cycles.

We got pregnant on our first cycle, but it ended up in a M/C.
That was in July. We are now going into Oct. So going on to 4 cycles in total now.
With DS I got lucky and got pregnant on the pill .. If only it were that easy this time hah

6 cycles for us.
I came off BCP in mid-March and got my BFP on September 15.
They say most healthy couples will get pregnant within 6 months to a year of TTC.

Well it should be my 2nd cycle, but I don't think I O'd last cycle, so that can't really count. I'm waiting to see if O this month.

took last bcp in april so we started in may...i know how the op feels...one of my friends got preggo her first month trying after being on bcp for years...i also know many colleagues who are preggo....including my next door neighbor who just had a a beautiful little  in july....
i am sure i am hyper aware of the pregnancies since i have been ttc and while i am overjoyed for them sometimes i just get a little sad/frustrated etc... a feeling i am sure many women on this board can relate to.
i know it will work out when its time...

This is our 3rd month, but only our 2nd month using the CBEFM.
With my DD it took us 4 months.
With DS #1 it took us 2 months.
With DS #2 I got preggo before I even got my first postpartum cycle, so I guess we caught the first egg!

I'm on my 9th month
to all the newcomers - hang in there! remember, it can take a few months for your body to adjust after coming off bcp
or, you could get a bfp right away!

Actively trying about 9 months. On and off for about 1 year total. It's a lot more frustrating than I had anticipated. I had a plan like so many women when they 1st start out TTC. I wanted a September baby, I thought I get a Christmas BFP and obviously did not. I am about to turn 30 and when I get asked what I want for my birthday I start to cry because all I want is a baby and I won't be getting a BFP for my birthday either.
It's tough but there is nothing that will stop me from getting my BFP. In November if I don't get it I will be getting some tests done.
I've begun charting and I am all over with my temps. Sorry for the long post but it's been taking a toll on me!
