Has anyone returned a Coach Carly bag?
They were discontinued because they fray at the zipper. I heard that you can return it for store credit, but when I called the Roosevelt Field store they said it would have to be evaluated before I could get the $ back.

I had one that was frayed all over. I brought it into the store and they gave me store credit!!!! I was able to get a whole new bag! The carly has a manufacturers defect and as a result all coach stores will take them back and let you swap for another bag!

yes, i have. TWICE. if they start to give you an issue.. DO NOT LET THEM SEND IT OUT FOR EVALUATION.. ask for a manager.. they will replace it for you.
when i worked there a memo was sent out that it was a design defect and that we were allowed to swap it out for a new bag. the only thing they gave us a problem about was that you had to get a new bag that day, on the spot. no store credit. - doesnt matter how long you have had the bag!

I had mine for a while! I would say almost 2 years and they let me bring mine back!!!!
