Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
I see some are doing the same pattern high chair, pack n play, stroller, carseat...
I've only just started my registry but looking at each individual piece for its features and not necessarily matching everything. I am drawn to the more contemporary darker reds and greens so that kind of keeps them together.
Just curious what everyone is doing...

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
The bedding I am choosing is absolutely adorable, but VERY neutral and plain. I was considering getting everything matching, but then realized it won't all be in the same room (the high chair, pack n' play, etc.) so I will register for more bright, fun patterns..

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
I love the pink & brown theme for our but the only things I might get in that color is the bedding and the diaper bag. As much as I'd like to get everything else, car seat, high chair, pack and play in that color - I'm not, Im prob going to get that in neutral colors

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
We're getting more neutral colors for everything. Alot of stuff we're also getting from other people so that means that the stuff we have to buy we're picking out the one with the features that we like and not the accessories. I'm trying to stay away from the pink car seat, stroller, playyards though since we got a pink carseat for my DD a few years back and it just gets so dirty looking so fast.

We registered for neutral items. Our pack n play matches our highchair. The other items are different patterns.

We're like you - registering based on features, not on coordinating.

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
We did one pattern for the swing, pack and play and high chair. It was very neutral and matched the colors of my house very well We did the Nature's Purest Line:

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
Honestly I am doing mix & match bc we know we want more children in the future. So I am trying to stick neutral with the carseat, PNP, bouncer, high chair. Originally I was trying to stick with earth tones so they matched our house decor but the ones that match don't seem to have the features I am looking for.

I don't like stuff to be matchy matchy - And I also am trying me very best to avoid my entire house looking like Romper Room ........so no, I didn' choose anything coordinating - I tried to get everything as neutral as possible -

Re: Did you register for the coordinating sets or random pieces?
My bedding does not match my highchair, which doesn't match my pnp, which doesn't match my carseat
I picked things based on safety, price, etc
I don't see why everything has to match
