No ....everything stays on those lovely shelves that are in there...

I would never get out of the house if I put it all away every day..

If someone is going to look in my shower and judge me based on the fact that I have soap, shampoo, razors, and shaving cream in there, I think that says a lot more about THAT person than it does about me...

lol i dont think its a judgement thing - people just dont like the look of clutter. and to these girls THAT is clutter.

Like I cant stand how anything looks on a night table - I have my alarm clock, a lamp and a few figurines on there I would never have a book or bottle of water, etc.

All toiletries stay in the bathroom. We have a shower caddy that hangs on the wall in the shower where we store it all.

No. I take my conditioner out because I'm not sharing my Caviar conditioner with a 5 year old.Chat Icon

We don't take everything out. If our household was bigger, I would.

My 4 siblings and I carried totes of our toiletries to the bathroom and carried them out when we were done. There wasn't enough storage in the shower for all of our stuff.

Re: Shower Question ( as in, taking a shower )

Everything stays in the shower. I have never even considered removing it.

Now my vanity is another story. The only thing I leave on that is hand soap. Im Hitler on keeping that clear of clutter.

OMG, no way...I would never be able to do that. I leave myself EXACTLY enough time in the morning to shower...I'm not carting the stuff back and forth Chat Icon

LOL same here! Time is limited! I do, however, only leave the soap dispenser out on the sink. We have a 1/2 bath off our bedroom so everything that I use on a daily basis goes in there, ie: lotions, toothbrush, etc.

Absolutely! It alllll gets removed after I shower. Then I wipe down the shower and tub and sink. Then, I go into the kitchen, clean out my coffee pot, pack it in its box and put it in a cabinet until I need it again tomorrow!Chat Icon Chat Icon

In my shower I have tile shelves where I keep the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofa.

razors, creams, etc are in the linen closet (which is also in the bathroom). My vanity is spotless, just the accesories to my bathroom set (cup, soap dish, etc)

ETA: we have a toddler, so I don't feel comfortable leaving a razor in the shower.

Re: Shower Question ( as in, taking a shower )

If you were to peek in our downstairs shower/bath right now you would see: Rob's shampoo and conditioner, Rob's soap, Rob's washcloth, Noah's Shampoo, Noah's bodywash, Noah's washcloth, Robbie's shampoo, Robbie's bodywash, Robbie's washcloth, my conditioner, my shampoo, my soap, my moisturizer, my deep conditioning masque, my razor, my pumice, my shaving cream, a mesh sack filled with bath toys and probably a couple of empty or near empty conditioner containers. And that's AFTER the cleaning lady gets to it.Chat Icon The upstairs bathroom is a little better because I am the only one that uses that shower/bath - and because I have less shelves and ledges.

So.. to answer your question. NO, I don't put my toiletries away. Chat Icon

Re: Shower Question ( as in, taking a shower )

My husband would LOVE for me to remove most of my toiletries (other than shampoo and conditioner) He likes it to look clean and *I think* sterile. I think there is a big line between lived in and *clutter* Not EVERYTHING can necessarily be conveniently put away. in my opinion.

Everything stays in the shower. On the sink there is the electric toothbrush and soap. On my vanity I put all my makeup back into the back so nothing is hanging out.

Our sinks only have the soap dispensers on there. I leave the bottles in the shower, we don't have that many. Plus, nobody goes in our master bathroom but us anyway. But I'm a neat freak anyway.
