Wrought Iron & Wood Banisters
Who has this combo??? Right now we have wrought iron & I think it compliments our house nicely. DH wants to get a new wood one & I don't think it will go with the overrall decor in the house.
So we compromised & will do the wrought iron with the banister in wood. Does anyone have any rec's & pictures??

Our house had a wrought iron banister but it was in bad shape so we had to replace it. I will bump a post about it for you. There is a picture I found online that was similar. I still haven't posted pics of ours yet. I love how it came out! I hope it helps. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

They just did this on HGTV this weekend, Darn!! i can't remember the show!!
They did the wood posts, with the wrought iron as the insides....
