registery must haves (especially one bedroom apt girls)

so i'm starting to figure out what i need to register for and while i've got all the furniture down, everything else is overwhelming. the bru registery list is helpful but seems a bit excessive especially since i live in a one bedroom apartment and will be here until the baby is about 6 months old. i have limited storage space at my parent's house, but i don't want to get a bunch of stuff that i don't need.

what should i be getting? swing vs bouncer, or both, play areas, bath tubes (can we use the sink?), etc. i'm overwhelmed...

tia!

I know they make small travel swings that can be folded flat. DH & I weren't living together when DD was first born & he kept one of those at his house in the closet. That may be an option if you want a bouncy & a swing, but don't have much space.

we have a small 2 bedroom condo so we tried to register for items that were foldable and could easily be stored.

that's what i'm looking for too, but considering this is our first and the first on both sides of the family and of almost all our friends, we're lost as to what we actually need and what we don't.

we' re in a 2 bedroom but I still didn't go crazy here are some things I'm using -

- highchair that attaches to dining room chair
- mini co-sleeper
- rocker recliner for my living room
- only ordered a crib and dresser

I didn't get it because a good friend lent me her swing but I think Graco makes a swing that uses the infant seat.

Good luck!
