One bedroom Apt for rent - I'm NOT a broker
Hi all.
I'm trying to get out of my lease -
I've got a nice sized one bedroom apt in Long Beach that I'm looking to rent. It's $1275 and is oceanview and has a private parking spot.

I'll be out mid-December/January 1.
