OMG Congrats!!!
Cramping is going to be normal-- there is a lot of stuff happening in there.
I was also on progesterone suppositories-- they are fun, aren't they? Anyway-- I did have some spotting on them. Apparently the suppositories can irritate the cervix, which is mostly likely what the spotting is from. Or, it can be implantation spotting.

Congratulations again Beth. Be aware that, in general IVF pregnancies seem to have more spotting than "natural" ones. I had spotting throughout my 1st tri with a red bleeding incident at 13 weeks and my babies are due in 2 weeks

Ohhhh Beth, Im soooooo happy for you and even happier we are together again!!!!
I had cramping with both pregnancies (this one worse than my 1st).
I have never had spotting, but if its brown and only when you wipe, I wouldnt be worried.

AF like cramps are common, as is spotting for a variety of reasons, but since you are under the care of an RE, it would not hurt to let them know what you are experiencing symptom-wise. Brown blood is old blood, so that should be OK. I had AF cramps and spotting through my enitre 1st PG, and G is fine!
