No more footprints :( St Catherines....
St Catherines moms I was surprised at this. When I delivered my DD 2.5 years ago I left with footprints in my DD's babybook. This time around they told me many LI hospitals are doing away with them. So they stopped  They advised us to go out and get our own print kit since my DH wants DS's prints as a tattoo.....Just thought I'd give the heads up....

Im not a st catherines mom, but I am very surprised about this...it's a tradition...i hope my hospital still does them

St. Catherines told me they didn't do this anymore either. But when I had DD last year I brought her baby book and they did it for me anyway. Just bring the book and ask.

Stony Brook gave me his footprints on a piece of paper. I didn;t even ask for it!

Just do it when you get home...

I didn't even get them from St. Cat's when I had my DD 2.5 years ago (4/06)  .

We were told back in August that at St. Charles to bring in a piece of paper for them to do it on, and they will do it. They won't voluntarily give you footprints.

delivered at St Charles and they did them on my lamaze certificate and on my baby book with no problem. You just have to ask
