Vacuum Recommendations
My vacuum has had it, it is dying a slow death.
I need vacuum recommendations. We have 2 80 lb. dogs that shed like crazy, and track in lots of dirt from the yard......I also have a 13 months old that is walking and crawling all over the place...HELP. I need a really good vacuum. TIA

We have a hoover and love it. My SIL has a dyson and she swears by it.

I asked the same question..let me see if I can find the post:
vaccum post
kenmore cannisters seem to come highly recommended. I would only get dyson if you have a lot of carpeting otherwise I would go with a cannister

we have a dyson and almost every room has carpeting. I think it works really well. We have had it for almost 1 year now and it still ***** just as well as when we got it. We vaccuum with it once a week.

MY DH just came home with a miele. It is a canistar. So far it is great. I have always had cheap $50 vacuums and they always break. This one is apparently a very good vacuum.

we have the dyson and its great!!! good on laminate flooring, carpeting.....all sorts. and easy to maneuver with!!

I just got something last night from Lillian Vernon about a special offer on the Oreck, but I love my Kenmore canister.
